  1. Day 1 - Lyon

    On the confluence of the Rhône and Saône rivers, Lyon can be found set across twin hills. Here, you will be met and transferred from the airport to the lush surrounds of your Emerald Waterways Star-Ship.

  2. Day 2 - Chalon-sur-Saône – Beaune

    Chalon-sur-Saône is known for its art and history. Today, you will have the opportunity to witness the areas architectural heritage and peaceful surrounds as you travel to the quaint village of Beaune and visit the Hospices de Beaune, originally a hospital for the poor, and now home to one of Burgundy’s most popular wine auctions.

  3. Day 3 - Lyon

    France’s third-largest city, Lyon is a former Roman capital, steeped in history and considered to be the gastronomic heartbeat of the country and the home of traditional Lyonnaise cuisine.
    Today, enjoy a guided tour of Lyon, including the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Basilica Notre-Dame de Fourvière, part of the inscribed historic site of Lyon. Wander through the city and soak in its vividly illustrated history, as buildings from all time periods can be seen adorning narrow cobblestone streets.   4. Day 4 - Tournon

    The picturesque village of Tournon borders the gently meandering Rhône, dominated by a 16th-century castle that overlooks the village and a number of iconic landmarks, including a set of ancient watchtowers.
    Your guided tour of the village will showcase its intangible cultural heritage, granting every opportunity for you to immerse yourself in your surroundings. Alternatively, embark on an EmeraldACTIVE hike through some of the local vineyards.

    Arrive in Viviers, a town with much Middle Age flair and home to one of France’s oldest cathedrals. Your included walking tour of Viviers will showcase some of its numerous listed monuments, along with their ornate windows and lavish façades.

  6. Day 6 - Avignon

    Avignon has a rich history, from Celtic beginnings to being the residence of the Pope and central to the French Revolution.
    Your included walking tour of Avignon will take you past the ornate beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Palais des Papes, as well as Pont d’Avignon, an ancient stone bridge crossing the Rhône. This afternoon is yours to explore at leisure.
    This evening, return to your Star-Ship for a delightful Provençal dining experience, expertly prepared by Top Chef finalist, Fabien Morreale.

  7. Day 7 - Arles

    The past is yours to discover in Arles, once an important Phoenician trading port that was captured by the Romans, who peppered the city with iconic monuments. Today, your included tour of the city will showcase some of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Roman and Romanesque monuments of Arles, showcasing how the city has evolved over the centuries.
    Visit the 2,000-year-old Arles Amphitheatre and follow in the footsteps of world-renowned artist, Vincent van Gogh. The rest of the day is yours to explore at leisure, perhaps stopping at a local café or returning to your Star-Ship to relax on board.

  8. Day 8 - Arles – Nice – Split – Trogir

    After breakfast, disembark your Star-Ship and transfer to Nice Airport (flight not included). You will be met at Split airport and transferred to Trogir to board your private yacht, where a warm welcome awaits you from your Captain and crew. The evening is yours to settle into your cabin.

  9. Day 9 - Trogir – Šibenik

    To learn about Croatia’s rich history, start your day with a walking tour of Trogir. Its small, historic town centre resembles that of an outdoor museum, and the well-preserved medieval streets are best explored with the guidance of our expert guides.

  10. Day 10 - Skradin – Split

    Charming Skradin is one of the oldest towns in Croatia, having begun to write its history six millennia ago. Today we will be travelling slightly further afield to Krka National Park. This iconic spot is known for its waterfalls and gorges, where a series of postcard-worthy cascades are dotted with swimming spots. Be sure to bring your swimwear to really enjoy this beautiful slice of nature.

    After the tour, return to your yacht for an afternoon cruising to Split. Once you arrive, enjoy a guided tour of the largest city on the Adriatic coast, boasting a fantastic contrast of ancient and modern architecture.

  11. Day 11 - Pucišca – Hvar

    Pucišca is a unique coastal town. Strolling through the streets you will see how it has retained a lot of its traditional Mediterranean characteristics.

    Today you will have the opportunity to visit a local stonemasonry school. Brac was built on this impressive trade and the sculptures that are produced in Pucišca are highly regarded, carved using techniques that have been passed from generation to generation.

    In the afternoon, sail towards Hvar for a guided tour. With its picturesque lavender fields and cultivated vineyards, the island is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world.

  12. Day 12 - Hvar – Korcula

    Also known as “Little Dubrovnik”, the island of Korcula is a flurry of medieval architecture and dense woodland. Begin your day with a guided tour of the town, exploring sights of red-roofed houses, quiet coves and sandy beaches. The traditional performances and ceremonies that Korcula is famous for will be sure to delight.

  13. Day 13 - Korcula – Mljet – Slano

    Today, you will sail to the picturesque isle of Mljet. Enjoy the pristine beauty of this untouched gem as you explore independently. Alternatively, take a guided tour of Mljet National Park.

    In the afternoon, return to the comfort of your yacht to sail further on the Adriatic coast to Slano, a village famous for its viniculture and Ston, a city that is known as the gatekeeper of the Pelješac peninsula’s wine empire. Enjoy an included guided tour followed by a wine tasting session.
